Privacy Policy

TitanSigma is a product of Peaka Inc. ("Peaka", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.titansigma.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. The Site is intended for visitors in the United States.
This policy covers the Site only. If your company uses TitanSigma, the data we process inside the product is covered by your customer agreement and the Peaka Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a demo, email or call us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, company, work email, phone number and your message. Demo bookings are handled by Calendly on calendly.com.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our partners collect device and usage information through cookies, pixels and similar technologies. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, links and buttons you click, the page that referred you, campaign parameters in the URL, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
How we use information
- To respond to your requests, schedule and run demos, and follow up with you about TitanSigma.
- To understand how the Site is used and to improve it.
- To measure the results of our advertising, for example whether a visit from an ad led to a demo request.
- To show you TitanSigma ads on other sites and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Meta and Google, based on your visits to the Site.
- To keep the Site secure and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share information
- Service providers that host the Site, run our CRM, email and scheduling, and provide analytics, under contracts that limit how they use the data.
- Advertising and analytics partners listed above. Under some US state laws, letting these partners collect information on the Site for ads may count as "sharing" or "selling" personal information, or as "targeted advertising". See "Your choices" below.
- Peaka affiliates, for the purposes in this policy.
- Legal and safety, when required by law or to protect our rights.
- Business transfers, such as a merger or acquisition.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Your choices
- Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work as expected.
- Ad platforms. You can manage or turn off interest-based ads in your Google, Meta and LinkedIn ad settings.
- Industry opt-out tools. You can opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
- Google Analytics. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Marketing email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
These choices apply to the browser and device you use.
Your rights
Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. You can also appeal a decision we make about your request. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
To make a request, email security@peaka.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act. An authorized agent can make a request on your behalf with your written permission. We aim to respond within 45 days.
Data retention
We keep contact and sales information for as long as we have a business relationship or a reasonable sales interest, and as required by law. Google Analytics event data is kept for 14 months.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
